Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 5, 2026, Serve Robotics Inc. (the “Company”) made available on its website a Company investor presentation that may be used in presentations to investors from time to time, updated to include additional information regarding the Company’s cost of revenue for the year ending December 31, 2026. The cost of revenue is based on preliminary unaudited information and management estimates for the second half of the year ending December 31, 2026, is not a comprehensive statement of the Company’s financial results as of and for the second half of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and is subject to completion of the Company’s financial closing procedures. The Company’s independent registered public accounting firm has not conducted an audit or review of, and does not express an opinion or any other form of assurance with respect to, these preliminary estimates.
A copy of the investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
